1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the XploreCabs website and app, and any cab, outstation, airport, local, group travel, or stay/homestay booking made through our platform. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation on the app or by email/SMS. Prices shown at the time of booking are final for that booking unless the trip details (distance, duration, dates, or stay dates) are changed afterward.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through our supported payment partners. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Any additional charges — tolls, parking, state permits, or extra stops for cab bookings, or property-specific charges for stays — are collected as applicable and communicated upfront where possible.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate pickup, drop, and traveler information, to be present at the agreed pickup time or check-in time, and to treat drivers, hosts, and their property with respect. Misuse of the platform, fraudulent bookings, or abusive behavior may result in account suspension.
6. Drivers, vehicles & stay partners
Cabs and stays listed on XploreCabs are operated by independent drivers and property partners. While we vet partners before onboarding them, XploreCabs acts as a platform connecting travelers with these partners and is not itself the operator of the vehicle or property.
7. Liability
We work to ensure every trip and stay meets our quality standards, but XploreCabs is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or actions of third-party drivers or hosts.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of XploreCabs after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
