Delete your XploreCabs account
This page explains how to delete your account in the XploreCabs app and website, and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
- Email support@xplorecabs.com with the subject "Delete my account", or call or WhatsApp us on +91 84314 84090.
- Include the mobile number registered on your XploreCabs account.
- We will confirm the request with you on that number to make sure it is really you.
- Your account is deleted within 30 days, and we confirm by SMS or email once it is done.
What we delete
- Your XploreCabs account and profile (name, mobile number, email address)
- Saved addresses and recent places
- Wishlisted stays
- Ratings, reviews and support messages
- Fare enquiries that did not become a booking
- Newsletter subscription
What we keep, and for how long
- Records of completed bookings, invoices and payment references — kept for up to 8 years, as required by Indian tax and accounting law, then deleted
- Information needed to resolve an open booking, refund or dispute — kept until it is resolved
